Guests began the evening with an elegant cocktail reception, setting the stage for a night filled with camaraderie, purpose, and passion for The WASH Foundation’s vital work.
Hosted by Shawn Seipler, Chairman of the Board, and Steffani Fields, Executive Director of The WASH Foundation, and emceed by the incomparable Laura Schwartz, the evening was filled with inspiration and generosity. Our guests presence, donations, and enthusiastic participation in the silent and live auctions made a tremendous difference in advancing our mission. The Luis Spitz Award of Excellence was presented to Sands for their vision and tangible steps in uplifting communities and protecting our planet.
The Social Impact Award went to Amazon for exemplifying corporate responsibility beyond business goals, with lasting societal impact.
The Hope Award was awarded to Caesars Foundation, recognizing their optimism and dedication to positive community change, even amid challenges.
Community Champion Awards honored Eddy Moratin, Ken LaRoe, Rob Panepinto, and Dr. Paul Skomsky for their dedication to uplifting those around them with inclusiveness and care.
The Green Award – Flagship Hotels was awarded to Hilton Hotels & Resorts for their deep commitment to sustainability, setting an industry standard for environmental stewardship.
The Green Award – Management Companies recognized Concord Hospitality for their eco-friendly practices and commitment to a sustainable future.
The Benefactor Award was given to Correct Craft/Nautique & Orlando Watersports for their generous support and impactful volunteer efforts.
The Resilience Award celebrated Tamela Mitchell from JUMP INN Drop-In Center for her courage and dedication to bettering the world, regardless of challenges.
The Heart of Gold Award was presented to Alana Washington and Wilmarie Reyes, whose kindness and compassion shine in everything they do.
The Hotel Heroes Award recognized New Sheridan Hotel for its exemplary commitment to sustainability and community impact, transforming waste into valuable resources.
